Developed by Karen Hartnett, this workshop reveals how spirit, body, mind, and a balanced diet come together in optimal health. Its participants can develop the fruit of discipline while learning the healing power of whole foods and what makes up a balanced diet.

The Healthy Spirit, Healthy Body, Healthy Mind Workshop is available to any faith-based group or community organization that wishes to help its members gain the habits of living a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
It is also available as a self contained, small-group study. With the aid of a complete train-the-trainer workbook and companion CD, the Healthy Spirit, Healthy Body, Healthy Mind workshop is ideal for study in the evening, on Saturday morning, for a young mothers' group in a home, or a smaller Sunday school class.
